La Cabane Haut de Gamme à Méribel est un projet de fin d’études.
La demande consistait à réunir deux appartements mitoyens et à les rénover afin de les proposer à la location haut de gamme.
La demande consistait à réunir deux appartements mitoyens et à les rénover afin de les proposer à la location haut de gamme.
Ici, au-delà du choix des matériaux, c’est une véritable expérience immersive qui est proposée. Le projet s’appuie sur un jeu de niveaux, évoquant la topographie montagneuse, ainsi que sur un dialogue constant entre intérieur et extérieur. Les larges baies vitrées, associées à l’implantation d’une fausse charpente, renforcent l’évocation du refuge et de l’architecture alpine.
Le lieu est pensé comme un espace où l’extérieur pénètre en permanence, tout en préservant la sécurité, le confort et l’intimité propres à un refuge.

The Cabane Haut de Gamme in Méribel is a final-year graduation project.
The brief was to merge two adjoining apartments and renovate them in order to offer a high-end rental property.
The brief was to merge two adjoining apartments and renovate them in order to offer a high-end rental property.
Beyond the choice of materials, the project aims to create a fully immersive, high-end experience. It is based on a play of levels, echoing the mountainous topography, and on a continuous dialogue between interior and exterior. Large bay windows, combined with the implementation of a false timber structure, reinforce the idea of a refuge and reference alpine architecture.
The space is conceived as a place where the exterior is constantly present, while preserving the sense of security, comfort, and intimacy characteristic of a refuge.
